webhost to upload all your
files. I can recommend several
for you to use and some that are
free. I work with most hosting
companies, however I do try and
avoid Bravenet, due to the
amount of advertising that is on
each page, and I feel it spoils
the whole layout of your
website.

sell items from your site, you
need a host with a with an
integrated shopping cart, which
I can recommend two that are
very easy to use. You can still
have the same sort of web set
designs that I offer.
