It came to my attention that another designer who was a past customer of mine had purchased some templates from me, with the sole intention of changing bit's here and there then selling them as her own designs, this is not allowed and she was in breach of copyright laws. Also another designer was caught using some of my elements and dividers that I made. I cannot stress enough that all my template designs that I sell must not be altered, shared with anybody else. You may of course change in the way of adding your own text and own images within the template. You may not right click my images and use them for your own design purposes.

Hot linking is not allowed and again someone has been caught doing this, and reported.

You may think that rules and regulations are a bore and not bother reading them, but they are there for a reason at the end of the day.
